How Secure is My Information? SimpleBuild does not collect or store financial information, but uses a third-party processor to process credit card information. What Personal Information We do not share your personally identifiable information with third parties, except in the following circumstances: Credit Card Processing - We share personally identifiable information with third-party credit card processors to enable the processing of credit card orders. SimpleBuild uses Authorize.netto provide credit card processing and information entered in making a purchase is done so through Authorize.net. Third Party Service Providers – We share personally identifiable information with third parties who perform service for us, such as data analysis and customer service. These third parties have access to personally identifiable information to perform their services but not for other purposes. Other Participants in a Project – In order to meet your project needs, we also share your personal information with those other parties participating in the project to facilitate communication and other needs that arise during the course of the project. Law Enforcement – In the event that we have a good-faith belief that it is necessary to share personally identifiable information to comply with laws or regulations and protect our customers, the public or our business.
